"Chinese Animation": Library 2

"Where Is Momma?": Made with the traditional chinese method of ink animation. First animation to encourage the style. Narrative is based on innocence.

"Havoc in Heaven": First Chinese two part animation.  The movie took four years to finish, though the second half was never released to the public. The reason for this is a political change over these four years. The movie is made up of almost 70,000 drawings. People tried to piece together the full two parts using small leaked videos. The movie is well known today due to the success of the first half, as well as the restored rerelease in 2012. The narrative uses Chinese mythology to explain the clash of heaven and hell.
